1:1 Personalised Support Calls

I have a document to create but I don’t know what my stakeholders expect

I will work with you during a 30 minute or 60 minute call to go through what you have gathered so far from your stakeholders and will then decide what document you need to create and what information you need to include.

How do I decide whether to book 30 minutes or 60 minutes?

As an example for 30 minutes, we would review a document you have created or do a brainstorming session.

For a 60 minute call we could work through a challenge you have, whether it’s understanding what your stakeholders want, or discussing what document to create that will be suitable for your stakeholders or preparing for a workshop with your stakeholders.

I have created a document with the business requirements but I’m not sure I’ve written it correctly. Do you do reviews?

Yes, we can review the document you have created during a 30 minute or 60 minute session.

What if I need more support?

I’m worried that this mentorship will only offer generic advice. How do I know you’ll be sharing strategies that apply to my specific role, projects and challenges?

The resources inside your online portal have been created based on my experience, knowledge and expertise – and these cover a wide range of scenarios that you may experience during your role.

Any specific questions or concerns you have during your projects will be answered during the weekly group sessions.

In this way, you’ll always be getting tailored advice based on what challenges are coming up for you each week.

You can also submit a question directly to me at any time (via an online form or through Voxer which is a messaging app on your phone) and I will get back to you with specific advice within 48 hours (Mon-Fri only).

How rigid is the schedule? Can I still get value even though my availability changes from week to week?

I’ve created the schedule to match you – this is because everyone inside the mentorship will be working on projects that run at a different pace.

You access the resources you need at exactly the time you need them, as you work through your project.

I’ve designed the mentorship to be flexible so that it meets you where you’re at, for all stages of your project.

Can you guarantee that this program will yield significant professional growth?

I can’t guarantee specific results, however I can guarantee that I’ll support you fully with the resources, guidance and expertise you need during each phase of your project.

Do you offer personalised one-on-one time for specific guidance and support?

Yes! You can join the VIP level to get an additional weekly VIP call.

Will I get lost in the crowd? I want a mentorship where I feel seen and heard.

You will definitely be seen and heard.

Although this is a group mentorship, you have multiple opportunities to get personalised support.

This includes weekly calls, and an on-demand messaging service for quick-turnaround feedback and advice.

It’s up to you to use these resources to get the most out of your mentorship, but if you do…you will feel fully supported.

The group size will also be kept small to ensure that everyone gets the support they need.
